61-65 Charlotte Str. is a residential building in the heart of London. It consists of a 6-storey steel & brickwork structure supporting the retained front facade, and a two storey RC frame for forming the new basements at the back of the building. RCDC was commissioned by the structural engineer to undertake the RC detailing for the building.
